Daniel

Daniel Dixon - Advisor

Born and raised in Utah, Daniel Dixon grew up immersed in the real estate and lending industry. With a father who has spent decades as a Realtor and a mother who built a successful career as a mortgage professional, real estate has always been a part of his life. In fact, Daniel jokes that his first words were, “Interest rates are at a four-month low.”

Today, Daniel brings that lifelong exposure to the industry together with a passion for helping clients navigate important financial and real estate decisions. As a CFUND Advisor, he works with builders, developers, investors, and business owners to connect them with financing solutions that help move projects forward and create new opportunities for growth.

Daniel believes that successful partnerships are built on trust, communication, and consistency. He understands that every project is unique and takes pride in helping clients find practical solutions while providing a level of service that makes the process feel straightforward and manageable.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys writing poetry, snowboarding, and spending time with family and friends. He’s also an avid comedy fan and believes that a positive attitude and strong relationships are key ingredients for success in both business and life.

At CFUND, Daniel is proud to be part of a team dedicated to helping clients turn vision into reality through strategic financing, industry expertise, and a commitment to exceptional service. (801) 823-7019
